3.1 Website navigation: to browse our website and other digital platforms.

  • The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6, par. 1(F), of the GDPR “Legitimate interest”.

3.2 Data collection via contact form: to obtain information about our services through the request page

  • The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6, par. 1, letter b), of the GDPR “Execution of precontractual measures also adopted at the request of the data subject”.
  • Data retention period: 1 year for contacts
  • Nature of the contribution: the provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data are processed. Failure to provide the data marked with the symbol * or the wording “Required” will result in the impossibility of obtaining what is requested or of using the services of the data controller.

3.3 Direct Marketing: subject to obtaining consent and unless opposition is filed for the direct marketing activities of the Data Controller, direct sale, newsletter and promotional materials, commercial or related events and initiatives, by the Data Controller through automated means of e-mail, fax, text messages (SMS), multimedia (MMS) or other types, as well as by telephone operators, including automated and physical mail and other information material.

  • The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 par. 1, letter a), of the GDPR: “The data subject expressed consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes.”

  • Data retention period: Until your opposition – withdrawal of consent (opt-out).

  • Nature of the contribution: The provision of data for the purpose of point 3.3 is optional and, in its absence, your data will not be processed for those purposes, the refusal of the provision will not affect the usability of the purposes referred to in point 3.1.


  1. Any recipients and any categories of recipients of personal data

Personal data may be notified to third parties who carry out activities necessary for the provision of the services offered by the Website that will process the data as Data Controller (Art. 28 of GDPR) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (Art. 29 of GDPR).

More specifically, the data will be disclosed to:

No personal data of the User will be transferred to a third country outside the European Union or to international organizations.

You may assert your rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller. In particular, you have the right, at any time, to ask for: access to your personal data; rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of the processing; opposition to the processing; portability of the data in the terms set out in Art. 20 GDPR.

In addition, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data based on consent and/or legitimate interest. To stop receiving automated direct marketing communications (e.g. e-mail, text), you can simply write an e-mail at any time to [email protected] with the subject “Unsubscribe” or use our automatic cancellation systems provided in the e-mail footer.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subject who believes that the processing of his/her personal data is violating the GDPR has the right to file a complaint to the Data Protection Supervisor according to the procedures described in the website (Art. 77 GDPR).
